REG R90E Reducer Repair Kit

regeneration kit of diaphragms, membranes, sealings, filters for REG R90E autogas, LPG reducer, regulator, vaporizer.

 

All parts included in the kit are visible on photo.

 

Most common symptomes of wear out of reducer rubber parts are:

  • hard adjustment of iddle gear
  • unstable idle gear
  • higher gas consumption
It is reccomended to exchange rubber parts of the reducer around every 50.000miles.

    fast delivery, few O-rings not present

    Unfortunately this kit (as pictured) is actually missing some key o-rings for the R90E. The staff were very helpful and quick to sort and they sent extra o-rings which arrived next day.

    Specifically 2 o-rings which go either side of the brass has tube which goes through the water jacket. These o-rings were leaking on my vapourizer causing water to find its way out of the gas outlet and flooding the vapouriser.

    This is the first time I have attempted to repair a reducer, the kit had everything needed to do it however while the diaphragms fir fine the 'O' rings were only half the thickness of the original ones and did not seal the waterways allowing water into the gas chamber and thus into the engine. I have since sourced the correct ones and it works fine now.
