Description

Lovato Smart ExR 4 cylinder sequential injection LPG conversion kit with two sets of 2 cylinder KP injectors, sensors integrated with the filter and Lovato RGJ 3.2 sequential LPG reducer working up to 160 HP.

The SMART ExR system is designed to transform engines from 2 to 4 cylinders and is characterized by highly advanced and reliable technology. It's very user-friendly and intuitive to reduce the time of its calibration. The components are integrated to minimize the amount of space and the installation time. The ExR (Extended Range) technology includes new features which allow to convert a wider range of vehicles.

Lovato Smart ExR

1. LPG refueling port: device through which the cylinder is filled.

2. LPG Tank: tank for LPG in liquid and gaseous phase.

3. Multivalve: allows gas into and out of the tank, measures the level of gas in the tank and is equipped with various safety devices.

4. Reducer: device through which the liquid gas is converted to gaseous

5. Filter: filters gas and measures temperature and pressure of the gas and manifold pressure.

6. Injector Rail: injects sequentially the correct amount of gas into each cylinder.

7. Changeover Switch: allows user to change between gas and petrol and indicates level of gas in the tank.

8. Gas ECU: receives signals from various sensors, calculates and provides the parameters for gas operation.

solo quisiera hacer la observacion de q se nos avise cuando se hace la compra el pago de impuestoa aduanales los cuales no estaban incluidos en mis gastos gracias
