The brain of every ECU is its software. Our software is constantly innovated to suite the newest and most demanding engines on the market today. Thanks to our software, the TECH controllers can automatically and independently conduct the whole calibration and adaptation of the injection timing to its best levels. Our software as well allows easy manual settings and corrections however, the automatic regulation assures the optimal fuel usage in all range which can directly impact the fuel consumption by lowering it up to 10 – 15%.


About TECH-320 OBD

TECH 320 OBD is a microprocessor-based controller using traditional 56-pin wiring harness. These controllers are designed to operate with4/6/8 cylinders engines (depends on version). Also Also there is ability parallel connection of two controllers in a MASTER/SLAVE mode, this helps to extend number of supported cylinders up to 16. Compact case, 190 x 125 x 30 mm, helps with fitting controller in a modern, built-up engine compartments.

TECH 320 OBD family providing the same functions and security features like a TECH 320 family, ensuring excellent quality and performance. In addition, the TECH 320 OBD can communicate with can OBD protocols like: CAN (11/500; 29/500; 11/250; 29/500), ISO 14230 slow, ISO 14230 fast, ISO 9141. Connection with car OBD system is is using only two wires regardless of protocol. Another advantage is the possibility to use the controller to read, erase diagnostic trouble codes and reading all engine parameters like a standard OBD scanner.

TECH 320 OBD series has automatic DTC erasing function (up to 8), after fault code, stored in table „ codes to delete”, comes on controller automaticly clear petrol ECU memory. In other case, when readed code doesn’t exist in the table, controller would’t clear faults memory to alert the driver about problem in engine system.

After connection with car OBD system TECH 320 OBD will pick up and save in table fuel trim values on petrol and gas. OBD adaptation, based on this data, self-adjust mixture composition to reach perfect instalation calibration. This ensure convenient autogas system operation.


The signature of the TECH controllers is the auto-correction system. The auto-correction system constantly monitors gas injectors and if necessary, corrects the injection times. The injection correction is done in real time and it mirrors the petrol injection times which assures the most optimal performance of your LPG installation.

    Easy comprehensive system

    Purchased this a few weeks ago and finally got round to installing it.

    The system is well thought out with the option for a minimal amount of loom cuts. The wiring is separated out using plastic sleeving to keep the different functions separated. This allows for a quick neat install.

    I went the other way and pulled all this sleeving off and completely integrated the loom into a spare engine loom I had for the car to create an even tidier install, albeit a permanent solution which means no options now for moving component locations.

    The controller looks a big bit but in reality is fairly compact. It is slightly thinner than my old BRC controller and slightly longer but I've still manage to install it in the same position.

    The changover switch is a real nice touch as well. The lights are bright enough to be seen in direct sunlight but are much softer than the BRC monostable lights which at night were far too bright. It's just a fraction smaller than one of my switch blanks as well so a bit of work with some basic tools and it's nicely recessed into the dash now. Perfect...

    Given my car, the install went as quickly and easily as it could. This is no means anything to do with the kit, just my car.

    The software seems to be pretty comprehensive and allows for many combinations of hardware like reducers and injectors etc. Having come from using BRC systems, there's some really nice features. Being able to start a "hot" car straight onto gas I like in particular.

    Not had chance to set up the system properly yet due to a lack of time, but the self calibration was pretty accurate and only needed a minor tweak to maintain petrol fuel trims whilst running on gas.

    Yet to see about the full mapping features to see if leaning out is supported etc but again, will come in time.

    One thing I did notice was a small problem with the OBD side of the system. I have a Saab 9-5 and with it turned on, it interferes with Tech2 meaning no diagnostics or programming.
    However with the Bluetooth module and Gas Droid software on my phone it takes literally a few seconds to turn it off.

    This software also allows you to perform many minor to intermediate tweaks on the fly meaning no more carrying laptops around to make adjustments. Granted full 3d mapping isn't present but that's no major issue if all you want to do is a quick tweak to injector timings, adjust changeover parameters etc.

    Only been using it for about 4 hours up to now but power delivery from the car is nice and smooth and although it's probably placebo effect the engine actually seems a little quieter. If it does indeed react faster the the old system then this could in fact be the case.

    Will give it a few weeks and report back further. But con honestly say up to now I'm really impressed with the kit.
